Dr Shu obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide in 2019. She was inspired to become a dentist after having a wonderful experience with her dentist at a young age. To this day, she aims to provide exceptional dental care and create a positive experience for all her patients through a gentle and friendly approach. As she puts it, the most fulfilling part of dentistry is working with her patients to achieve and maintain peak oral health, so they can have confidence in their smile.

She regularly participates in continuing education courses to refine her skills and continue to provide patients with the best possible care. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry but is particularly interested in preventive and restorative dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, Dr Shu loves to spend quality time with her family and friends. Having grown up in Malaysia, she loves exploring new foods and is always on the hunt for a good cup of chai or matcha.
