We also know how important your time is to you that is why we always aim to see you at the scheduled time. We are aware that sometimes emergencies do occur, but rest assured we will keep you informed of any delays.
4. Emergency or new patient appointments
We reserve emergency and new patient spots in our appointment book so you do not have to wait for weeks before getting an appointment with us. For any dental emergency, we will try our very best to get you the same day appointment. If for some reason this is out of our control, we will endeavour to get you the next available appointment.

We have extended our clinic hours to 7.30 pm on both Tuesday and Wednesday to suit your busy lifestyle.

We accept payment by cash, EFTPOS and credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. For your convenience, we also have HICAPS facilities in the dental practice so you can claim your health fund benefits on the day of the appointment.
Furthermore, we are currently bulk billing for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) which means there is no out of pocket cost to you. We also welcome patients from Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA) and South Australian Dental Services (SADS).

We believe you should have the rights to decide which treatment options you would like to go with sooner rather than later and without the worry and concerns that come with affordability.
